Chargers that earn their bay

For malls, hotels, offices and residential towers: choose platform-ready chargers, have them installed and commissioned, set your own booking rules and receive your share of every session.

Malls, hotels and offices

Charging your visitors can plan a trip around.

  • Bookable bays

Guests reserve a connector ahead, or hold one for a short window on the way. You set slot length, capacity and how far ahead people can book.

  • Walk-in rules

Decide whether walk-ins may use a free booked connector before its slot, the grace period and the longest stay.

  • Your share, settled

Each session splits between you, the operator and the platform by contract. Settlement statements match the ledger line for line.

  • Fees that keep bays moving

Optional idle and parking fees are itemised and shown to drivers before they start.

Residential towers

Shared chargers that neither overload the building nor the owners' committee.

  • Residents only

Limit chargers to residents with RFID cards or app accounts. They never show as public stations.

  • Within the building's capacity

Load management shares a set power cap across the chargers, so new bays are planned against the capacity you already have.

  • Billed to each resident

Residents pay per session by card. The building doesn't collect, reconcile or chase anyone.

  • Faults handled

A fault opens a work order for your technician or contractor, and warranty claims start from the charger itself.

From survey to first session

Try the site sizing helper
  1. Size the site

Enter the site type, parking bays and available capacity. The sizing helper suggests a charger mix and flags when load management is needed.

  2. Quote or order

Send one quote request to several vendors, compare offers with validity dates, and turn the accepted quote into an order without retyping it.

  3. Install and commission

Book a certified installer. Survey, installation and commissioning each have a checklist and photo evidence.

  4. Open and earn

Chargers go live on the map, drivers book and pay, and you receive monthly settlement statements.

Made for UAE car parks

Heat and concrete are what a charger here has to survive. Both are designed in, not patched on.

45 °C in the shade, hotter at the connector

Chargers report connector temperature to the platform, throttle output before heat becomes a fault, and alert your team. Every listing shows its operating temperature, and Gulf-heat rated models are marked.

Basements lose signal. Chargers keep working.

An Edge gateway on site runs the chargers locally when the link drops: sessions start and stop, bookings are honoured, and every meter value is stored until the server confirms it. Then it syncs in order, with nothing lost or counted twice.

Tell us about your site

Site type, number of bays and available power are enough to start. Vendors reply with quotes in AED including VAT.
